1 About Belsel

Belsel is an AI-powered second-hand car marketplace being developed and operated in Hungary. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (belsel.com and belsel.hu) and our forthcoming mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing our website, submitting the early access survey, or using any part of our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

2 Early Access & Waitlist

Belsel is currently in pre-launch phase. By joining our waitlist you:

• Provide your contact information voluntarily to be notified at launch
• Understand that the Service is not yet live and features may change before launch
• Acknowledge that early bird perks (search boost, free Premium period) are subject to availability and may be modified
• Agree to receive launch notifications and updates if you opted in

We reserve the right to close, modify, or cancel the waitlist or any associated early bird offer at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

3 Use of the Service

Permitted use

You may use Belsel to browse, list, and facilitate the buying and selling of second-hand vehicles in a lawful manner.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• List vehicles you do not have the right to sell

4 User Listings & Content

When you create a listing or submit content on Belsel, you:

• Confirm that you are the owner or authorised seller of the vehicle
• Confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
• Grant Belsel a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content within the platform
• Remain solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing

Belsel does not act as a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are a platform facilitating connections — we are not responsible for the condition, legality, or quality of any listed vehicle.

5 Pricing & Subscriptions

Belsel offers the following tiers:

• Free — browse all listings, AI search, 1 active listing, direct messaging
• Premium Seller (€9–18/month) — 5 active listings, 360° photos, AI-assisted listing, boosted visibility
• Business (€29–58/month, Phase 2) — unlimited listings, dealer profile, bulk upload, priority support

All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable VAT where required by law. Subscription pricing may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Early bird users retain their agreed benefits for the duration specified at sign-up.

6 Seller Verification

Belsel offers a voluntary seller verification feature. Verification confirms identity only — it does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any listing, vehicle condition, or seller behaviour. Belsel is not liable for any losses arising from transactions with verified or unverified sellers.

7 AI Features

Belsel uses artificial intelligence to assist with search, listing creation, and price suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content and price suggestions are for guidance only and may not be accurate
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated listing before publication
• Belsel makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI-assisted pricing or search results

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the Belsel website and application — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Belsel and protected by Hungarian and EU intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Belsel shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Any losses arising from transactions between users facilitated through the platform
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content, pricing suggestions, or search results
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at belsel.info@gmail.com. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the applicable regulations of the European Union. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hungary.
